Honesty, Transparency and Accountability
Although this project is still in its infancy, anybody who has been here since inception has seen their fair share of perseverance from the project. Reference the History page for more. The current team has been as transparent and honest as possible. From transitioning to a MultiSig Wallet to dialing back over-projections, we have also started posting weekly wrap-ups during this phase of development to keep holders in the loop on what we have going on. We have no interest in Pump and Dump schemes, we are here for the long haul. No cameos, no bribed influencers, good old-fashioned hard work and honest sweat equity.
Respecting our Content Creators
Being a content creator in this industry isn't easy, demands are constantly hurled at you from every direction and the best interest of the content creator is hardly the main objective. Here at LOF, we take the time to educate and most importantly, LISTEN to our content creators. Without our content creators we'd have a website and a valueless token, with that in mind our focus is and has always been empowering our content creators with the tools they need to be successful on their terms. We respect individuality, as each one of our content creators is their own person with their own objectives in serving their content in a way that they deem fit. In short, we work for them, not the other way around. Our priorities are driven by their priorities.
Innovation
Innovation is crucial to the continuing success of any organization! Thinking outside the box is something we have done with the first of its kind content creator NFT Farm hosted on rarity.garden (Formerly unifty.io), first to add liquidity theft protection in our token contract, and first to offer sustainable crypto payment options to creators. These are just the first of many innovations the team has come up with, and the list of ideas we have are long! Even if we aren't the first to do things, we have the talent to improve on things others have tried and failed upon. Constant Improvement is another one of our Core Values, and that applies to us as well as anything the competition is utilizing.
Community Empowerment
Definition of Community - a feeling of fellowship with others, as a result of sharing common attitudes, interests, and goals.
The definition of community couldn't fit any better. Most of the core team members currently active right now came straight from the community. The vision of the founders was inspiring and pulled in talent from all walks of life. Idea after idea sparked from holders of LOF and are now being implemented daily into the fabric of its foundation. No voice is unheard, and all the moderators and team members are willing to hear the community out and act on their will. Between the Content Creators and the Community, the direction of this project is bound for success with group wisdom in the saddle. Governance is covered in the next section, as it's clearly part of our CORE VALUES to Empower the content creators with an Empowered Community.
